“HIIT” High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT Class is the concept where one performs a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, repeated.
HIIT classes successfully produce significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole body. This is a hard class and therefore isn’t suitable for all. Please check with the instructor before booking.
However, this is a great class to fit into your workout week, especially if you want to top up your normal 3 sessions on the circuit, a great boost!
We’ve taken the fitness elements from our classes and put them into an effective and addictive group exercise class.
If you need to give your fitness level a boost our HIIT Class fits the bill! It’s a full-body workout as it engages your entire upper and lower body. It will also get you in the cardio zone for most of the time and this is one of the key components to aid with burning calories. More info.
