Due to the high intensity of this class, you may need to bring a towel and a Water bottle. You are likely to get thirsty and it’s always important to stay hydrated, we don’t mind if you have to pause to take a sip. As always we ask you to bring a change of footwear to wear whilst you in the gym as this helps us to keep it clean and hygienic for your next visit.
