Balance Class is an enjoyable way to exercise no matter if you’re just beginning your fitness journey or you’re more experienced and looking to include this class as part of your exercise routine.
Balance Class focuses on the bending and stretching the body through a series of Yoga moves, embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to help relax the mind as well as the body.
Breathing control is an important part of all exercises but especially with this Class. Our Instructors will provide instruction during the class, this is especially helpful for those just getting started with this class. You can expect to feel calm and centred in what appears to be a relaxing class but you will also strengthen your entire body.
Although you’re exercising it’s in a controlled way whilst feeling very relaxed and calm after this class.
