Julie always works hard and gives 100% She regularly attends the gym at least 3 times a week fitting it in around work. All her results were good, resting heart rate, BMI down and body fat down 2.7% She lost 4.2 kg and 12 inches overall. Fantastic - well done Julie.

Misty uses the gym on a regular bases and has got the results to show for it. Her Body Fat % has come down by 4.6% She has lost 4.1 kg and her inch loss was amazing 10.5 inches all she needs to do now is maintain that level of activity. Congratulations Misty your looking great, keep it up.

Penny has been with us since November 2015 and achieved some fantastic results in that time: it’s incredible she hasn’t achieved Member of the Month before! So this is just deserts for her consistent hard work in the gym and classes.Her blood pressure, resting heart rate, BMI and body fat % all came down even further and she lost 2.6kg and 3.5 inches.
