Our mission is to remove the excuses not to exercise! We aim to help you overcome those excuses and show how easy and effective doing the right exercises can be.

To old to exercise? 

Whatever your age or ability we can tailor our programme to suite you, so you’ll be feeling the benefit straight away. Our eldest member is June and she is 85 years!

Not fit enough to exercise?

With our personal programmes designed just for you. We will quickly get you used to exercising in a safe and gentle way and before you know it you’ll be feeling the benefits.

Once created our personal programmes take just 30 minutes and deliver great results quickly. Often our members drop a dress size in weeks.
