The Fit Strength Class, similar to the well-known Body Pump, is a fun, top-to-toe workout using light to moderate weights and repetitive movements. It is this muscle fatigue that tones and strengthens the body. We believe that ‘the rep effect’ is the fastest and most effective way to stay in shape and we implement this in our Fit Strength Class.
This class includes a high-intensity and will help burn off calories. It is a class appropriate to all levels of experience
