Join us for a fun Legs, Bums and Tums Class!
Legs, Bums and Tums is a well-established high energy, motivating 45 minute class that helps you tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom! The class is a testament to its own success as it delivers amazing results whilst being really fun at the same time.
Women generally worry about these areas of the body the most so this is a great way to target those areas whilst burning lots of calories to help towards your fitness goals.
We work independently and in pairs, employing plyometrics (jump training) as well as using mats and weighted equipment to make the class dynamic and engaging, working with music to kick up a sweat.
