Our Fit Circuit Class is unlike any other in Barnstaple; we combine a fast-paced workout with fun to make burning calories easier than ever before!

Fit Circuits is a fast-paced class where one exercise is done for 30 seconds to 5 minutes before moving on to another exercise. 

Classes alternate between aerobic activity (e.g. stepping or stationary cycling) and muscle-strengthening activities (e.g. using weighted equipment). With the class being so diverse and fast-paced, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to help burn calories, as you're constantly on the go.

It is open to all abilities - just give it as much as you can and by challenging yourself with every class, you’ll see significant improvement in no time!
