Our Fit Balance Class is an enjoyable way to exercise no matter if you’re just beginning your fitness journey or you're more experienced and looking to create balance in the exercise you do.

Fit Balance is a class that focuses on the bending and stretching of the body through a series of Yoga moves, embracing elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to help relax the mind and body.

Breathing control is a part of all exercises, and instructors will provide options for those just getting started. You’ll feel calm and centred as you also strengthen your entire body.


This class is perfect for anyone of low and medium ability but can be adapted and appreciated by anyone, of any ability. It’s an advancement on the Fit Stretch Class whilst combining the low impact and intensity of stretching with a medium calorie burn.
