Fitin30 Gym in Barnstaple offers you something very different from a traditional gym. We are a women-only facility, offering personalised 30-minute workouts that make keeping fit and healthy easier than ever before, even if you have a very busy schedule. Our gym is like no other – we have a unique environment with no mirrors, no men and no loud music which creates a safe, encouraging and comfortable space for our members to work out. We are ordinary women aged 18-70+, who exercise regularly in order to make the best of ourselves.

Based in the heart of Barnstaple, we provide an easy way of fitting exercise around your lifestyle and will provide support every step of the way. We're always happy to have a chat so feel free to contact us to find out if we're the right gym for you!

We credit our success to our female fitness instructors, who are passionate about fitness and giving each member their personal attention when they come in. We create a bespoke exercise programme for you after a one-to-one consultation to help you achieve your goals, whatever they might be, ie lose weight or inches and all in a friendly environment.

We also offer a range of classes: whether you’d like to try to build your muscle tone in a Strength class, feel the burn in a Circuits class, or ease the muscles in a Stretch or Balance class, there’s something for everyone! These classes are included as part of your Fitin30 gym membership and open to non-members on a pay-as-you-go basis. To see what else we have to offer or to book in check our class timetable.

In addition, our Instructors are able to offer nutrition advice to help those wanting to lose weight and improve their lifestyle. You can discuss possible changes to help achieve the best results.
